Dexter Yager ofAmway fame told me a great quote once, "The higher you climb the ladder of success, the more your butt is exposed."In today's litigious society, you can rest assured that any major achievement will be hit with a lawsuit.Why?If there is someone making money and achieving success, then there is someone else who wants that money and envy's their success.I am not saying that all lawsuits are frivolous, but too many people look at successful companies and individuals and join the Something For Nothing Club.A leader refuses to join that club and will go earn his own success.I know their have been many discussions on tort reform and I believe the US must do something in order to remain competitive in the global market.The US has more litigation and lawyers than any country in the world!Let me give you an example from a company all of us know.Wal-mart is the most sued company in the world.They also happen to be the largest retailer in the world.The only sure way for Wal-mart to reduce the amount of lawsuits is for them to stop being successful.The USA Today did an article on the number of lawsuits that Wal-mart litigates every year that I will share with you.Here is my lesson for the day - if you are going to achieve success at any top level then you must expect some tomatoes thrown in your direction.Pastor Dickie has told me repeatedly, "If you don't like criticism then Say Nothing, Do Nothing, and Be Nothing."When I decided to live my life to a higher standard - I knew it would require some criticism.I will gladly take my criticism and the corresponding accomplishments than join the crowd of spectators whose only claim to fame is that they can throw tomatoes at others success.Enjoy the article. Wal-Mart is a legend in American business, a 39-year-old retail dynamo that trails only ExxonMobil in annual revenue. But in America's courtrooms, Wal-Mart has another distinction: As the company's sales have soared, analysts say, it appears to have become the nation's most popular private-sector target for lawsuits.
By its own count, Wal-Mart was sued 4,851 times last year — or nearly once every two hours, every day of the year. Juries decide a case in which Wal-Mart is a defendant about six times every business day, usually in favor of the Bentonville, Ark., retail giant. Wal-Mart lawyers list about 9,400 open cases.
No one keeps a comprehensive list of all the nation's litigation, but legal analysts believe that Wal-Mart is sued more often than any American entity except the U.S. government, which the Justice Department estimates was sued more than 7,500 times last year. Dozens of lawyers across the United States now specialize in suing Wal-Mart; many share documents and other information via the Internet. . . . . . . . Link
I received permission from Steve and Cheri' Visser to post a portion of an email they sent me. Steve and Cheri' started from practically zero and have exploded their organization! This is a perfect example of the power of belief. First, they believed in the product. Second, they believed in the MonaVie Compensation Plan. I was not really thrilled at the prospect of selling juice.However as I got more information I started to get more excited.I had Cheri’ review a lot of the information online and give me her medical opinion.As a Doctor of Chiropractic with an undergrad degree in Biology, she assured me the science of MonaVie was dead on.She was convinced that MonaVie was a great product that could help people.She was able to explain how valuable anti-oxidants were especially since we live next to a refinery.Our county boasts having one of the highest rates of cancer per capita of any county in the United States.We needed the anti-oxidants!

Where would we be without a special group of self-sacrificial leaders known as mothers? I am so thankful to have been blessed with a mother who taught me:
1. The difference between right and wrong.
2. The courage to speak the truth.
3. The value of work ethic.
4. The peace that comes from doing your personal best.
5. Charity for those less fortunate.
6. Respect for a job well done.
7. Quitting was never an option when the cause is just.
8. The need for personal responsibility.
9. Never to play the role of a victim.
10. To dream big dreams.
Thank you Mom for teaching me these things and much more. Thank you for being an example for me to know what I wanted in a wife. I have been doubly blessed to have found and married Laurie Woodward. Jordan, Christina, Lance and Jeremy thank you for being a beautiful mom for them. On this mother's day, make sure you thank your mom for carrying you for 9 months and serving you when you were helpless to serve yourself. In today's age this should never be taken for granted. I am reviewing the results for the week from Laurie and my MonaVie business.We have averaged over 4000 new people per week signing up.This is over 16,000 people per month and I believe it will grow faster as we tune our system.Here are some thoughts for the distributors desiring to maximize the MonaVie bonus plan.
1. The MonaVie Team commissions max out at $10,000 per week.If you have both of your binary legs at 100,000 points then you qualify for 10% of your lesser leg.Ten percent of 100,000 points is $10,000 per week!I am tracking many leaders who have 50,000, 70,000, and some with 100,000 points in one leg. Having one leg with tens of thousands of points places the distributor in a great position to maximize the plan.For example, if Distributor A has 100,000 points in left leg and 10,000 points in right leg – they qualify for a $1000 bonus for the week from the team commissions alone.This does not include any of the other 7 ways to make money.$1000 per week is not a bad income, but look how much they are leaving on the table.Distributor A is one of the most generous people in the world.They left $9,000 per week on the table on team commissions alone!I learned early in life that you cannot wait for your ship to come in – you have to swim out to it or build it!As a business person, I do not like leaving money on the table that MonaVie wishes to pay me.What was your bigger leg volume?What was your smaller leg volume?How much money did you generously leave on the table?When will you set a goal to maximize your pay?
2. The way to maximize the MonaVie compensation is to help maximize your team’s compensation.I would recommend every leader to personally sponsor 5 or more new people. (Laurie and I have sponsored four new personals.) Set the example for your entire team on how easy it is to sponsor people in MonaVie.I did a leadership talk a few years back where I stated, “Fire the managers and hire the leaders.”Don’t manage your existing teams, lead them.Show them by your example of personally sponsoring and building depth that you are in business.By doing this, others will flock to you to learn how you are hitting your goals.By hitting your own goals, then you are qualified to help others hit their goals.Set aggressive, but achievable goals for every hungry leader on your team.The world does not need anymore managers.We have an overabundance of managers, but a severe shortage of leadership in the world.Apply the principles the Team has taught for the last five years and claim your victory!When you have the ability to make $10,000 per week from just one of the 8 ways to make money – why would you wait for others?Nothing motivates the upline like an exploding downline.Go break some new Star 500’s and see how many people step up and follow you.YOU create the explosion at the bottom with your new personals and your group will explode and everyone will win!
3. Many people are doing just what I recommended above and I am enjoying hearing of $10,000 maxed out MonaVie checks paid weekly from the team commissions.As you build your Personal Enrollment Trees, you will find that the $10,000 per week checks is not even the biggest portion of your check.When you move into the Executive Premier Ranks the Team commissions are secondary to your executive check matches and pot bonuses.MonaVie rewards leadership because Dallin Larsen understands that everything rises and falls on leadership.I will do individual stories on each of the new Black Diamonds, but I want to quickly recognize Chris & Terri Brady and Tim & Amy Marks for hitting the Black Diamond level.As new Black Diamonds they qualify for a free Black Mercedes.The average Black Diamond income is $1.474 million dollars and this is over four times the average incomes that Brady’s or Mark’s ever made from any previous MLM’s!There are many more distributors qualifying for the Executive Elite and Executive Premier Ranks that I will share with you when they finish qualifications.
