Hi Orrin,

I just wanted to let you know how proud we are of you and Laurie, along with Tim and Amy. I was blessed today by being able to watch most of the Orlando Regional. It was great seeing you guys serve another organization of all new people that had the pleasure of your wisdom that we enjoy so often.

I know at one point I had the thought of how you guys would look in another organization separated from us, and frankly, it was a scary thought.

I just want to express the gratitude I feel for you, your bride, and the rest of our leaders for boning up and fighting. And I mean since 1993 till now! So many chances to give in to the call of "the norm." Heroes. You're true heroes, we love you for following God's call and for contributing to the resurrection of my family by allowing me to see that I am "the project." "Thank you for teaching me discipline."

Now that is definatly a sign of a great book! (If one wasn't convinced before). Seems like only the greated ones survive a paperback to hardcover to paperback edition transformation. Great job & cudos to Orrin & Chris.

This is great news! I so love LLR. Chapter after chapter makes me want to read it over and over. The tri-lateral leadership ledger is challenging and very necessary for any business leader.

I just emailed Daniel Castro about his book, Critical Choices. Orrin, you have created a reader in me. After my second seminar when Cheryl Abraham quoted you in how if we didn't read, we didn't have anything worth listening to. I made a decision in Little Rock that I had to become a reader. It was difficult at first but.....I wanted to edify Kirk and Nicole in being a top leader for them and if reading was going to make that difference......I had to read. I also love the quote....if you don't read, you are no better than those that can't. I am an avid reader!!

Back to Critical Choices. I know I mentioned it on our Team blog last week, but the chapters are resonating in my spirit about what we are embarking upon right now in Team MonaVie. I know it was timely last year when it came down on system, but.....it is critical for us now!! Dan Castro said he spoke with you last year!! If he could only see what you have accomplished since that time. Presidential Black Diamond!! and climbing!!!

You made critical choices and sacrifices to lead us. I am so thankful to you for doing so. I am determined to follow as closely as possible. I want others to see the choices I have made in this past year and a half that have changed my life. More importantly....I want to support them in their choices.

You are an amazing leader. I got in Team to have fun and make money.......I stayed in Team to make a difference millions of lives.
