Watson.  Mr. Watson is describing one of the basic principles of success.  Success is going from failure to failure with a learning attitude.  Laurie and I were slow starters in our business, but unlike many around us we never quit learning.  If you ever stop learning in your business, you are as good as done.  Some people have quit the business mentally, that are still in the business physically.  Laurie and I stayed mentally alert to learn and grow.  Even though we were slow, our growth bonus alone last year from Quixtar was over 5 times my best year as an engineer.  The business pays for those who are willing to fail, learn, grow, and win.  God Bless!
