Congratulations are in order for Jim and Kathy Paullin!  They are the new media war winners for the week.  Jim and Kathy - formerly in Amway/Quixtar - are living legends in the networking field and have built large communities across the world for several decades.  The Paullins’ joined the MonaVie Team after studying our training and leadership culture.   Jim and Kathy sold themselves on the MonaVie Team systems and now are the champions of the media war.  Jim is a solid business thinker and savvy business person.  Kathy lights up the room with here smile and encouragement to anyone she meets.  Together, they are a formidable team on their way to Black Diamond!  Laurie and I are proud to have them on the MonaVie Team and proud of their accomplishments.  Here is their official biography from the Team site.  God Bless, Orrin Woodward

Jim & Kathy started dating in high school and married the day after graduating from college, 41 years ago. After getting his MBA, Jim started climbing the corporate ladder, working for a major paper company while teaching finance at Georgia State University at night to bring in extra income.  Kathy worked as a chemist and later as a bookkeeper for an engineering firm.  When presented with a leadership development training system, Jim was on board, but Kathy was skeptical.  It was not until they saw the difference in their financial thinking and decision making that Kathy was sold on the idea.  Because of this training, Jim and Kathy have enjoyed not only the benefits of an improved financial life, but also the benefits of improved relationships.  They enjoy spending time with their two children, Lynette & Jeff, and now grandchildren as well.  When Jim and Kathy met the founders of Team and looked at the community of leaders Team had developed, they were more than impressed.  They recognized that Team had the magic ingredient that had been missing, something that they both wanted and needed: a world class system that encourages personal growth in every area of life.  Since joining Team, Jim & Kathy have been inspired to reach for new dreams while helping others achieve their full potential. They are excited about sharing the Team culture with as many people as possible with a goal of bringing character, integrity, and responsibility back as core values to live by.
