The Team's impact will reach beyond generations. It is truly humbling to be a part of what we are doing here.
I am posting this again because I feel that what this book is about applies directly to where we are going and what we need to do. I am proud to be part of this battle and to be a warrior in this battle. It is time to unite!!!!

Thank you for your time and sacrifice with all that you and the leaders are doing. You have given us the choice to pursue a life of purpose and leave a legacy that will affect lives for generations. I am with you all the way brother.

It takes courage to step out of your comfort zone and do what the average person will not do. It is that person that makes a difference in so many lives causing the ripple effect that you talk about.

I believe that having a strong foundation of faith in God is the most important ingredient in being an entrepreneur and in this process. It gives us the strength to press on and never quit, the character to do what is right and creates the hunger to learn, grow and implement. It is just an awesome sight to watch people living life with a sense of purpose and destiny!

It is times like this that I am reminded that this is not about us. This is bigger than us and we are right where we are supposed to be. This part of a book by Mark Batterhorn, “In A Pit With A Lion On A Snowy Day” is fitting for where we are going.
In Chapter 8 these two statements had a major impact on me;

…. "God is in the business of strategically positioning us in the right place at the right time. That isn’t just good theory. It is reality. I have and unshakable sense of destiny because I know that as long as I pursue God’s calling on my life, then God is ultimately responsible for getting me where He wants me to go. "

…. "I believe that God created us to chase lions, but too often that chase ends in miscarriage or misdirection. We stop chasing. Or we chase the wrong things that lead us down the wrong path.
Maybe it is time to start chasing God again. Maybe it is time to seize God-ordained opportunities. Maybe it is time to unleash the lion chaser within.
Chase the lion!
It’s what you are destined to do."

I am overwhelmed each day with a sense of destiny and purpose. What we do here, will have a ripple effect on generations to come. This is what we do as entrepreneurs- chase lions!!! We see what others can't and create what they will benefit from in the future. Again, we are right where we are supposed to be. Never underestimate the hearts of Champions, the hearts of Lion Chasers, the hearts of the entrepreneurs banded together. It is what made America the great country it is today and will make it what it will be for our son's and daughters. Their futures will be shaped by what we choose to do with this God--ordained opportunity!
It is time to step up everyone-THIS IS WHAT WE ARE DESTINED TO DO!!!

Orrin, do you have any biography suggestions that come to mind on some specific people in history that were entrepreneurs that lived with this sense of destiny?

In his book "Success with People" by Cavett Robert, he discusses the concept of "Positive Morality." He says "Let's remember this fact: A constructive life is built of the things we do - NOT the things we don't do." I am very impressed that the team lives by these types of principles. By being proactive, we all learn together, grow together and expand our own horizons together. It has been amazing to watch these transformations, and it will be even more amazing to watch where we grow next. Thanks for the inspiration Orrin, Chris, Tim, Billy, Doug, Bill and all.

But get your list out and make phone calls. Get everyone we know to log in and be the Team that we are. We are #1 in everything we say we are. Let's do it today. I am posting this comment here because it is more likely to be seen than at the end of the 100+ comments on Mona Vie. In reference to your Update II, In reading Season of Life by Jeffrey Marx, the book of the month a few months ago, the author referred to the book Joe DiMaggio: The Hero's Life by Richard Ben Cramer. I was so impressed that I bought the book and read it. There is a lot that can be learned from the life of Joe DiMaggio, and, as has been often said, probably a lot more can be learned from his mistakes than from his successes. However, what struck me about your Update II in relation to Joe DiMaggio, is that you decided against a "swing for the fences gamble." This relates to Joe in that he struck out less than almost any great hitter and he won more World Series than anyone else. Could there be a connection? He was always contending with Ted Williams for the batting championship. Sure Ted was the last 400 hitter but Joe had the World Series rings. See what I mean? This is kind of like Steven Covey's habit number two: begin with the end in mind. Joe's end was world championships. Your end is freedom and prosperity for as many people as possible. Joe's choice of his method to get his end worked and I am sure that your choice of your method to get your end is a much better choice than Joe ever made.
