I am reviewing the results for the week from Laurie and my MonaVie business. We have averaged over 4000 new people per week signing up. This is over 16,000 people per month and I believe it will grow faster as we tune our system. Here are some thoughts for the distributors desiring to maximize the MonaVie bonus plan.
1. The MonaVie Team commissions max out at $10,000 per week. If you have both of your binary legs at 100,000 points then you qualify for 10% of your lesser leg. Ten percent of 100,000 points is $10,000 per week! I am tracking many leaders who have 50,000, 70,000, and some with 100,000 points in one leg. Having one leg with tens of thousands of points places the distributor in a great position to maximize the plan. For example, if Distributor A has 100,000 points in left leg and 10,000 points in right leg – they qualify for a $1000 bonus for the week from the team commissions alone. This does not include any of the other 7 ways to make money. $1000 per week is not a bad income, but look how much they are leaving on the table. Distributor A is one of the most generous people in the world. They left $9,000 per week on the table on team commissions alone! I learned early in life that you cannot wait for your ship to come in – you have to swim out to it or build it! As a business person, I do not like leaving money on the table that MonaVie wishes to pay me. What was your bigger leg volume? What was your smaller leg volume? How much money did you generously leave on the table? When will you set a goal to maximize your pay?
2. The way to maximize the MonaVie compensation is to help maximize your team’s compensation. I would recommend every leader to personally sponsor 5 or more new people. (Laurie and I have sponsored four new personals.) Set the example for your entire team on how easy it is to sponsor people in MonaVie. I did a leadership talk a few years back where I stated, “Fire the managers and hire the leaders.” Don’t manage your existing teams, lead them. Show them by your example of personally sponsoring and building depth that you are in business. By doing this, others will flock to you to learn how you are hitting your goals. By hitting your own goals, then you are qualified to help others hit their goals. Set aggressive, but achievable goals for every hungry leader on your team. The world does not need anymore managers. We have an overabundance of managers, but a severe shortage of leadership in the world. Apply the principles the Team has taught for the last five years and claim your victory! When you have the ability to make $10,000 per week from just one of the 8 ways to make money – why would you wait for others? Nothing motivates the upline like an exploding downline. Go break some new Star 500’s and see how many people step up and follow you. YOU create the explosion at the bottom with your new personals and your group will explode and everyone will win!
3. Many people are doing just what I recommended above and I am enjoying hearing of $10,000 maxed out MonaVie checks paid weekly from the team commissions. As you build your Personal Enrollment Trees, you will find that the $10,000 per week checks is not even the biggest portion of your check. When you move into the Executive Premier Ranks the Team commissions are secondary to your executive check matches and pot bonuses. MonaVie rewards leadership because Dallin Larsen understands that everything rises and falls on leadership. I will do individual stories on each of the new Black Diamonds, but I want to quickly recognize Chris & Terri Brady and Tim & Amy Marks for hitting the Black Diamond level. As new Black Diamonds they qualify for a free Black Mercedes. The average Black Diamond income is $1.474 million dollars and this is over four times the average incomes that Brady’s or Mark’s ever made from any previous MLM’s! There are many more distributors qualifying for the Executive Elite and Executive Premier Ranks that I will share with you when they finish qualifications. Congratulations to the Brady’s and Mark’s for maximizing the compensation plan and striving to be all God intended them to be! Zig Ziglar stated, “You can accomplish your goals and dreams in life by helping others accomplish their goals and dreams.” MonaVie is the perfect example of this principle.
These are some thoughts to help you maximize your MonaVie business. Remember, if MonaVie wants to pay you more income – go do the work and do not leave the money on the table.
