I have been studying, thinking and learning all I can on the MonaVie business. To build a successful MonaVie business, there are several principles you must master. I will share some of my thoughts and will update as I learn more.
1. The Star program is the basic building block of the MonaVie business. Get someone started and help them go Star as quickly as possible. Because the product sells itself, I have heard numerous instances of people going Star their first day. Why is star so important? It qualifies the new distributor for a team commission, Bulk Order Bonuses (BOB) from their group, and First Order Bonuses (FOB) from their group. A person can go Star and make up to $400 in one week! Nothing will motivate the new distributor as much as helping them profit on their new business quickly. Because MonaVie pays weekly a person can get started one week and receive a check the next week. This is huge for new person growth, belief and excitement. The other great advantage of weekly bonuses is that there are 4 to 5 end of the bonus periods per month. Volume increase on the last day of any pay period because people have set goals and are hitting them by helping people on their team hit their points goals. You gain by having smaller goal setting periods and better focus for the whole team. MonaVie has created and ingenious marketing plan.
2. The Star program leads right into the power player plan because you have the two legs on the table and now must drive depth to accomplish power player. The MonaVie plan is self compensating because the new person should always build both legs to maximize their income. The leader focuses on one of the legs with the new distributors help. A new distributor should have a couple of Personal Registration Trees (PRT) in each leg. The goal is to help each PRT accomplish Star 500 or higher. I am so proud of Captain Bill Howard. 3. Auto-ship is a highly recommended way to build your business. Since a new distributor must be active and qualified to receive their bonus – it only makes sense to be on auto-ship. I recommend a minimum 200 point initial order and 28 days later an auto-ship for the same amount. Many people are doing 300 points original order and 300 point auto-ship. For a married couple this is 100 points each for personal use and 100 points for tastings or customers. I am impressed by how many customers are being serviced by have the product on hand to sell. Volume is volume and whether it is retailed, personally consumed, or used as a marketing tool at tasting parties – it all counts to the volume moving through your circle. The benchmark on my MonaVie team for a group over 1000 people is 93% on auto-ship. This is a fantastic percentage and allows the leaders in this team to receive bonuses almost double what a MonaVie team at 50% would receive. Why leave money on the table? If someone signed up into MonaVie, I would assume they would like to use the product and make some money. Auto-ship to me is a no-brainer. Go into your Personal Enrollment Activity Report (PEAR) and see what your auto-ship percentage is.
4. I am excited that the Team Leadership Company has agreed to create a line of specific MonaVie training for MonaVie distributors. The Team will begin providing specific training and leadership material to help propel a person towards long-term results in the MonaVie. The key point to understand is that MonaVie is the business and Team is the support. The major incomes, recognition, etc. will come from building the MonaVie business. The Team will teach how to build large numbers into communities of leaders. By learning how to build and hold together large communities, you will create the best results in the long run. A pin without numbers is hard to sustain, but bigger numbers will always lead to bigger pins. Laurie and I will build our MonaVie business and utilize the Team training to sustain our advances and improve the leadership of our communities to move on to even higher goals and numbers. I am proud to lead with MonaVie because I have a world-class product that is getting incredible results for so many people!
5. The new MonaVie Income Disclosure Statement was recently released. This company is absolutely exploding! The average incomes at nearly every level have increased. When you have a company that is almost doubling in size in 6 months then you have what every company desires – Momentum. For a performer who is willing to spend the time, energy, and sweat equity to grow, I believe the Black Diamond pin is a reachable goal. Will it take hard work, determination and focus? Absolutely and I would not cheapen success by taking that away. MonaVie is a business where the top performers get paid like the top sports stars, attorneys, doctors, CEO’s etc. It takes hard work, determination and focus to accomplish greatness in any field. What I love about MonaVie is that anyone from a ditch digger to a doctor can join and through commitment accomplish great results. Dallin Larsen has created a business where your pay raise becomes effective as soon as you do. The average Black Diamond income increased from $1.353 million to $1.474 million per year! Black Diamond is building 7 Star 500 legs and having a total group volume of 150,000 points for 4 consecutive weeks. We have 12 people who are knocking at the door of Black Diamond and I believe will be fully qualified by the end of June. This is over twice the income that any of these 12 people have ever been paid in MLM before. It is so nice to finally be paid for the hard work, determination and focus!
6. The Majors are coming up in June where we will be teaching on how to build the MonaVie business. Lives are changed at majors! People get a vision for a brighter future and the specific training to go and make it a reality. Get with your MonaVie upline and get the details for the Major near you. It has been a whirlwind 8 months, but I never lost faith that God was in control and that he had a plan for so many great leaders who stood on faith. I feel like we have wandered through the deserts and we are now ready to enter the promised lands.
