I am ramping up to speed quickly on the learning curve for my new enterprise MonaVie.  Every day I am more thankful of the choice I made to join MonaVie.  I believe that a person that will treat their business as a business will achieve results previously thought unimaginable.  Dallin Larsen and the rest of the MonaVie Leadership Team have thought through the issues that hinder the growth for the new person and for the top leaders.  MonaVie has created a plan that rewards the new person quickly through the Star, First Order Bonus, Bulk Order Discount Bonus and Star Maker programs.  This is an essential step to help the new person see results quickly and since the bonuses are paid out weekly – the new distributor gets feedback quickly on their performance.  Let me share some of the key criterion that identifies the people that are treating their business as a hobby vs. people who are treating their business as a profession.

Professionals will get their prospect around their active upline and get the new distributor a bigger picture at an open of big house meeting.  If a new distributor wanted to go Gold, then get them around your upline Gold so they can see it can be done.  Introduce them to books and CD’s that will help them set goals and believe they can accomplish more in life.  I love the Magic of Thinking Big and there are many fantastic CD’s available with more coming!  Don’t just sign someone up - get them active by helping them share the product with their friends.  Help them go Star and bring new people to the Opens.  There is a major difference in results between someone just signing up and someone who is joining your community.  Professionals help people become part of the community where they will be encouraged and feel part of a team. 

 

4. Professionals help their teams set goals because they have a goal.  A person in business without a goal is like a boat that is racing through the water without a rudder.  A goal directs the energy towards a specific destination.  A goal is planned conflict against the status quo.  It is easy to tell the leaders who have set goals throughout their team.  They are the teams where volume jumps significantly the last day of the MonaVie week – Friday.  Volumes can literally double the last day of the week if a leader has set a goal themselves and then helped their entire team set goals to achieve it.  Do you have a goal that you are running for?  Have you helped break down that goal into bite size pieces for the other leaders on your team?  A professional would never have their boat or their leaders boats leave the harbor without the rudder aiming towards the proper destination. 

 

5. Professionals build multiple Personal Enrollment Trees.  No matter how many PET’s you have, you need more.  Help every PET go Star and then Star 500.  Dallin teaches 20 personals down each binary tree leg!  You will notice quickly in this plan that your Personal Enrollment Activity Report will be essential to review.  A professional should have a long-term goal to achieve Black Diamond.  The average Black Diamond income is $1.474 million!  In order to achieve this elite pin – a leader must have 7 Star 500 or above PET’s.  Go get the personals and build them into both legs of your binary.  A professional realizes quickly that the binary team commissions are great beginning money, but the leader is also focused on building personal legs for his long-term goal of qualifying for the executive premier ranks. 

 

6. Professionals realize that they cannot change a person’s life until they have built the trust and credibility through helping them achieve results.  When a person knows how much you care they will open up to learn what you know.  The Team training system will teach a person much more than how to build a community.  The Team training will teach how to build a life of character and integrity.  My dream has and always will be to make a difference in people’s lives.   We can do this best by helping people achieve success in their MonaVie business.  I am convinced that when we help someone go Star and up that they will stay in our business and learn the principle to live a good life!  Stephen Covey calls it putting first things first.  The first thing we must do is prove we care and will help our new people accomplish the goals and dreams they have.  In the process of doing this, it will be natural to share CD’s and books that will teach them many principles they may have never learned before.  Have Fun, Make Money and Make a Difference!   Professionals can and will accomplish all three in the MonaVie Team business. 

 

7. Professionals adapt quickly to change.  Professionals are always tracking where the cheese is and will lead the way in teaching people where the cheese has moved.  Professionals always choose better over bitter and are the most thankful people around.  Laurie and I are personally thankful for the incredible group of leaders that God has blessed us with and we would not trade lives with anyone in the world.  We are doing what we were called to do with the group of people we were called to do it with.  We are on our way to 1 million people and the professionals in business will lead the way!  Are you a professional or a hobbyist?  It's your choice because it is your life.
