The Team launched a new video where I describe the difference between pin working and networking. I use an analogy of barge working or bridge building. I believe that the right leadership team at the company and the right leadership team in the field is more important than any product, compensation plan, or high tech gadgetry. I am not against any of these, but if you do not have leadership that understands the Three Keys to Wealth then you are wasting your time and effort.
