Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Brandi, Great thoughts. Let me know who your mentor was and your round table member. I would like to see what they suggested you do. You must have a plan based on what you wanted to accomplish. Also anytime someone comes in with financial issues, we like to develop a plan to get them out of debt. I have hundreds of people I personally watched implement the plan and get out of debt. I am sure there are thousands on the team who have done so. But anytime it does not work, I like to problem solve. What was the financial debt reduction plan they set up for you? We can help your mentors become better mentors and everyone wins. You must still be hungry to develop leadership because you are still reading this leadership blog. That is a good sign and means the training did do something, created a hunger for leadership. I will follow up after I hear from you. Thanks, Orrin
