Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

You are a remarkable person! How do you find the time to do all this? Perhaps you can share some ideas on focus and time management with us on this blog and at the seminar on the 17th. We'll see you there. Your comments on Dexter struck a cord. His words stimulated a 33yr old general contractor, who was just passing time (awful thought isn't), to open the closit door of his dreams and start working toward them. Along the way, we discovered history! I can't wait to share some of the amazing things we learned exploring Greece, Haiti, Poland, the Philipines, etc. You have taken the ball and run with it. We are reading so much more and applying the lessons of history so much better because of your influence. Thank you! Before my construction carrer, I taught English. I found "The Propaganda Game" and used it with my kids. Check it out; it's still available online. It can be a useful tool in winning the media war. Thanks for all you do.
