Annie, The beautiful thing about leadership is that it knows no skin color, race, sex or income levels. All leadership understands is the ability to influence through service to others. I believe some of the greatest leaders will be women - either married, divorced, or single. If someone is married then develop more leadership to serve your spouse. If divorce then develop better leadership to learn from the divorce and move on. If someone is single then develop better leadership to know who you are and what you are looking for in a spouse. When someone steps out and gives of themselves for a worthy cause - great things begin to happen. Do not let what you don't have stop what you do have. You have a hungry servants heart and a willingness to grow. Apply the PDCA concept and see how far God will take you! Hope this helps. thanks, Orrin
