Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: George Wythe College & The Team

Orrin, What an Awesome article that hits the core of what the Team has always been about. The professor puts the challenge in such an easy way that we can all attain. It is so easy to get caught up in everyday situations and forget about the real battle we need to fight. Our system is the key to keep us focused and not let our minds wander. Your talk on Saturday night was right on when you talked about we only need to worry about fixing ourselves, because that is a full time job. It has taking me a long time to realize that, but it has sunk in. Thanks for all you do and this blog is a great place to go everyday. If this blog was put into a book that would go to #1 as well. Love you, Cat
