This is so cool. I'm reading Kevin Kelly's "New rules for the new economy," and the first chapter talks about decentralization and the power of the Net. It talks about connecting all humans by enlarging our conversations to include the whole world as we interact and create. I believe leaders make up an important component here as nodes and connections make up the network in a machine so as to allow information to flow to all parts, so to do leaders make up a key piece in sharing information. Leadership is the not so new cutting edge technology in this information age as they seek to express themselves more fully and encourage others to do the same all becoming super conducters of the honorable, foundational principles that rule our every day lives thus leading people to truth.
