Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Proverbs Leadership - Doug and Sheri Stroh

Orrin, I can only hope to one day be able to grasp all of the concepts of your posts. I will not pretend to be able to at this point. All I can say is that I "get it". I have always been a voracious reader. I will admit that I didn't read anything that was helping me to grow. I will also admit that I am now changing in that area. The question I have for you tonight, if I may be so bold, is this... Could you possibly give a top ten list of the "GREAT" things we should be doing i.e. (reading, listening, learning) right now to prepare for whatever the future may have in store for us as a TEAM. I have heard and read that there may be many good things to do... but maybe only one (or a few) "GREAT" things to be doing. Your insight would be much appreciated. Thank You for all that you do, Ian from Texas P.S. Next week we will start a 7 week session of learning... Launching a Leadership Revolution I understand this is a no-brainer :) Ian
