I'm not sure any of our canidates would be respected by Jefferson, Washington, or Adams. They held integrity to a much higher level then we do today, and the basic principles of honesty, freedom, and justice were paramount - not so today. For example, none seem to actually care or deal with any of the issues effecting minorities such as Native Americans, Asian Americans, or the like. Obama is close, but I don't think he can really related to what most minorities are going through on a day-to-day basis. We need a canidate that really embraces both justice on all levels, and integrity from the bottom up.
