Good morning Orrin, Yes, I'm excited!!!! To stand by your convictions requires courage. That then requires to be held accountable. Some have lost belief that the courage exists within them. Thank you so much for creating a system that brings that out in people. As a former government employee, (public life) I believe I could help improve leadership skills in those folks I left behind. I gave an LLR to a person in a high Leadership role with the following comments. This is an incredible book with great information, no wonder it is ranked # 1, but we do not have a budget that provides for leadership development materials for our employees. Make no mistake, it's going to happen, I'll see to it by my convictions. Let the "Leadership Revolution" begin. Love this weeks history lesson again on your SOL. God Bless, Brian
