I think a book on CHARACTER would be fantastic. While your at it, go ahead with TASK and RELATIONSHIP. The definitions for these topics, especially Character, that the Team leaders not only talk about but exhibit are magnitudes greater than culture. I know I struggle with comparing myself with culture or what I might overhear as the latest "big news" like Brittany and her custody battle...please. The other side of that battle is Pride. MERE CHRISTIANITY chapter 8 is the best, shortest I have ever read on that topic. The definition of character in the Succes with People book by Cavet Roberts was great, character is the ability to carry out a good resolution long after the mood in which is was made has left you. I am here to a million and beyond. I look forward to ordering my copy asap.
