Orrin, I love Jim's last comment that you posted. The importance of studying both successful companies and failures to get a good picture of what will work and what will not. I know with your benchmarking experience at General Motors this is exactly what you won major awards doing. Using your collect experiences from the past few years with added research I know this benchmarking release on February 10th is highly anticipated by everyone. I can not wait to see your analysis.
