Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Multilevel Marketing - MLM/Networking - Benchmarking Study
by Raymond
Orrin, Thanks for being willing to do what has been needed for years in the MLM/Networking industry. If I had an objection to most MLM/Networking companies, it would be the games played with facts and figures in order to build a business. To me it is a matter of integrity, and embellishing success rates, and minimizing the work necessary to succeed are not the characteristics of a leader, and I look forward to your study. Obviously you have way more experience that most of us in regards to benchmarking, but can you share some of the criteria you plan on using to measure success? And how do you factor in the intangibles of personal leadership growth, spiritual maturity, and financial common sense into the equation when measuring a MLM training system? Raymond
