Dear "anonymous", I've been with TEAM for two years and have heard, from "day one", from the top leadership down that everything is "win-win" or no deal! I've done my share of disecting things and looking for the flaws. Everytime I thought I had it figured out, the system just got better. Orrin Woodward never stops raising the bar! When you combine world class benchmarking into a sytem and mix it with character, integrity and the never ending hunger to serve others, it's the most amazing thing! Orrin and the TEAM leadership have backed up everything they've said, over and over and over again. The way I see it, it's my turn to humble myself and learn from the best so I can pay the blessings bestowed upon me forward to the next person. I'm buckling up and readying myself for what's coming.
