Orrin, I highly respect your vision, determination, the courage of your convictions. I agree that everything underlying the TEAM concept should be made available, with as few exceptions as possible. We have been in this industry for years, and were always told to implicitly trust our mentors. Now, disturbing information is leaking out about the behind-the-scenes finances were conducted. The Jay Factor, and the internal tool markups are just part of it. The more transparent finances are, the less angst there is. I have no problem with leaders making money on tools, for example, given that they disclose just how much margin there is. I hope that the non-profit nature of TEAM, with bylaws, etc, is published. Ronald Reagan said "Trust, but verify". I want to verify. I am heartened that you are willing to accomodate that.
