Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Historical Reminscences & A Vision for the Future - Part I

Orrin, I can't thank you enough for what you, Laurie, and other leaders have done for us. I agree, the training system also touched my heart in an unexpected manner. When I first started listening to CD's, I thought this was great for others to hear but thought I was already a leader and didn't need to change. HOWEVER, when I "really" started listening and associating with others, my life changed. What's incredible to watch unfold is that with all you and others have been thru over the past 6 months, you're still able be thankful to Amway for their part in your personal growth. Over the last 1.8 years, you've 100% done everything you said you would do. What will come, in my opinion, is not as important as being associated with you and the TEAM. The character you've demonstrated is beyond words. You're truly great leader Orrin. I look forward to next weekend. Rhonda
