Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Historical Reminscences & A Vision for the Future - Part I
by Tim & Peggi
Orrin, As a 47, almost 48, year old man who has been working with many young leaders over the past couple of years it has been very humbling to realize that I did not have all the answers. It was an amazing relationship with a couple who loved us where we were and constantly built me and my wife up by telling us what great leaders we could become if we were willing to change our thinking and get new information. For the past couple of years we have been lead by people of Character and Integrity, not just our mentors but from the example of you and Laurie as well as others. I don't know where God is leading you at this time but I KNOW that God is leading you and I pray continually He continues to show you the path to take. Because I KNOW God is leading you and the other leaders, my wife and I will follow as we continue learning to become the leaders God wants us to be. Sorry for the long entry but I have had some time to reflect and just wanted to share how excited we are to be apart of something bigger than just the two of us. God bless. Tim & Peggi
