Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Historical Reminscences & A Vision for the Future - Part III
by Owen Derry
Orrin, Of the many, many issues that you cover here, and the many that you, Chris, and Team leadership have handled in the past, I do appreciate one in particular: You saw the tremendous potential of the business model and the training system, saw a huge problem with the pricing, and tried to work behind the scenes and within the then-current structure to try to fix it. You saw that the pricing issue was, and still is, a foundational problem, not a minor one. You and Chris did not immediately run off on your own, but took the hits while trying create a strong, win/win business for everyone. Many, many thanks for all that you and the Team leadership have done. Owen Derry
