Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

I remember the table at your 900 sq ft house wasn't stable. I remember coming in to show the plan and finding you on your knees in front of the board because you hadn't figured out how to extend the legs on the easel. I remember the trips to upper MI with you and JDiP. I remember meeting Laurie at Hardees every week. I rememeber meeting you at Hardees with my dad, and the things I learned about him because you OREELYYZATed him. I remember feeling humbled and honored to go to the UP for the first time to speak at their seminar. I remember watching you Laurie, Chris and Terri grow. I feel humbled and honored that God has raised up so many wonderful leaders on our watch. Love Granny
