Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Historical Reminiscences & A Vision for the Future - Part IV

Hi Orrin I tell you all of this is unbelieveable but see it as no one has ever lied to me on the TEAM I'll believe it. You brind true definition to the phrase " stay the course" and I can say with all certainty I couldn't have done it. Your experiences through your first 4 parts is extraordinarally couragous and I know following a leader like you is only going to make me a better husband, father and leader thank you I appreciate that. I can safely say on behalf of myself, my family all of the team that you are truely doing the Lord's work in helping others along with doing the right things that one of the greatest( if not the greatest) business opportunities is on the horizons and as I text my wife after seeing your first post today "The end of the beginning is here" . Today is the first day in the rest of our lives and life looks good for the TEAM. Thank you for everything you have done and I can't wait to see all the leaders on the beaches of the world.
