Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Historical Reminiscences & A Vision for the Future - Part V

Orrin, No apology is needed here. You did what you thought was right and stuck to it. These 6 months I believe have been building peoples character! Its like what Dean always says when there is a weather issue the day of a seminar. "I like it when theres weather. It shows who is committed and cleans out the weak ones". I have never really been committed to anything before I met the team, even though my parents were there before I was. Hearing this history lesson just gives me more belief in you and Chris. You and your families have been through so much over the past few years and you deserve what is coming! God Bless you Orrin and God Bless America for our freedom of choice to start something that has never been done before! Devin
