Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: A History Lesson - Winston Churchill
by Infinity
What a wonderful, insightful post! It is abundantly clear that TEAM is embarking on a voyage never before attempted. The historical parallels with today's situation couldn't be more apt, which makes me think: Where does everyone who has been loyal to their personal and leadership growth fit in with the future? I think that everyone is like the citizen in WWII England who had to endure the incessant hatred and bombing of the Nazi nation. Perseverance and determination to endure the bombing, yes, but also to be a part of the victory that is sure to come. But we are also like Churchill ourselves. Each of us, as leaders, have influence with others and that leadership will help the weaker and afraid to endure change. As Larry VanBuskirk says, "We need a daily, consistent positive attitude". What an exciting time we live in! What a future ahead. And immediate income potential to offset one loss while creating the #1 business in the world? WHO WOULDN'T BE ON FIRE? We Love You and Appreciate Your Wisdom, Scott
