Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: A History Lesson - Winston Churchill

Hi Orrin, Since I know from many of your talks and blogs that you're an avid student of Winston Churchill's life and leadership, I figured you might enjoy this You Tube video which, I believe, contain an actual audio clip of Winston's speech along with video of this speech... "We shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air. We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing-grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills. We shall never surrender!".. CHECK IT OUT.. I'M SURE YOU'LL ENJOY IT. SEE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v69yX3qZUZQ The actual video is from the beginning of an old Rock and Roll video. May'be a great video clip to play at St. Louis??? .. Thanks for your solid, calm, collected, IRON WILL. As you quoted, "War is not defeating armies by force, but by DEFEATING THEIR WILL". This WILL NOT HAPPEN with TEAM. Mike and Brenda Pandos
