Re: Empathy - The Art of Understanding

Orrin-Each and every day I am amazed at your depth of knowledge and words of wisdom. In my classroom, I see the value of teaching empathy to my students. Empathy is an amazing thing to exhibit in your life. A true leader understands that we need to, "Walk in someone else's shoes" in order to reach higher levels of thinking. This is one of the reasons why the TEAM is so different from other organizations and businesses. The TEAM understands that we are all growing and changing, that we all have within us the power to change our society. It takes a person where they currently are and helps them reach greater levels.
