Re: The Dumbing of America - How Team Makes a Difference

The dumbing of America wouldn’t be so bad if there weren’t so many intellectuals out there always trying new ways of controlling people rather than loving people. I love how Team loves people where they are at and gently helps them learn and grow. This is true intellectualism in a good way. America is great not because we have to get better. America is great because can do what we want. As we grow, learn and lead – we must never forget this. Give people freedom to grow; not a mandate to grow!
