Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

We can stop this madness by not being part of it and "act". If all you do is read, listen and associate, but there is no action step, you are actually part of the problem. I can't help but to think of TEX from other blogs. He must spend all his time reading blogs, researching and answering posts. He says he wants to change things but he is always online. I would suggest not reading blogs until you have actually done an action step in all key areas of your life. Have you prayed today and shared your faith with someone, have you had a meaningful conversation with your spouse, kids, or friends, have you exercised, have you met a new person and got their name for future contact, have you become better at your job or business. Yes, reading, listening and associating is important, but Orrin writes these posts to get you to first think then "DO" something. See you all in St. Louis!
