Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Orrin and Lori, All I can say is WOW!. There is so much to say about this man and his struggles. At the end, Oprah summed it up by saying, "let your kids paint on the walls," and as I look around my office where my wife and I do our daily business, I see where we allowed our daughter to do just that. Our office used to be her bedroom and while she used it as that, we allowed her to draw and paint and express herself on these walls. There are notes to friends written in ink. Friends of hers have left notes to one and other on the walls as well. There are drawings of flowers and trees and stars and hearts and on and on and on. Our daughter has since moved out and is married and her husband is to be deployed to the war zone soon and she will be alone in her house. I hope that when she see's this video she will be inspired again to paint and draw on her own walls. What an awsome story to share. Thanks so much and God Bless. Tim
