Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Randy Pausch - Live, Love & Learn from the Last Lecture

Good morning, It never ceases to amaze me the like-mindedness (is that a real word) of good people... I was sent a link to this video from a co-worker (not linked to your site, though) and I found it interesting, but not coincidental that he is a professor at Carnegie-Mellon. I also have to share this information with everyone who found this last lecture to be not only inspirational, but educational as well: Do a search in your favorite web search page (I use google a lot) and type: "Dick and Rick Hoyt CAN" You may find a very inspiring video of this father and son team. Thank you to all our leaders that give us great exposure, experience, and expectation in our lives. Thanks, Carmen Jimenez Wichita, KS
