Re: Trust, Delegation & Productivity

Orrin, what can you do if you belong to an organization who has lost trust in each other? It has not been caused by a single episode, but by a continuous lack of proper relationships and proper leadership. Some orgqanizations have become the cesspools you have often referred to. Is it better to try and fix the problem, or, after years of trying, get away from it? Thanks Brent
