Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Trust, Delegation & Productivity

Orrin, This article speaks straight to my husband and me in regards to "S" type business. My husband needs to read this and hopefully see the things that relate to him but I fear if I were to show it to him he will become defensive instead. To him the thoughts of not being needed or ever closer approaching retirement seems to be the biggest fear in his life. I have decided(I hope rightly)to pull myself back from the business and show him that you can delegate, compliment, and show thanks and still feel like an important person in your own business. He is very smart and talented but has no faith in himself. With all the leadership and mentorship I have to support me in TEAM I pray that I can set the example that will help him grow too. Thank you sooo much for all you have done for all of us and St. Louis was wonderful see you in Columbus! Marta Team Braveheart (U.P.)
