These principles can also be applied to the home. As parents, at times we put our kids down for doing something wrong, (Destructive Leadership) when actually it was a learning experience in life. We need to plan, do, check, adjust and point them in the right direction, and encourage them to be the best they can be in whatever that may be.(Constructive Leadership) THIS IS TEAM
