Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Leadership Cultures - Constructive or Destructive Leadership?
by Jackie
Good morning Orrin, Great post with wonderful information once again. I'm going to lay a copy of this on my boss's desk on Monday. I know that it will be an eye-opener. I do the training for my place of employment and want to implement all of this leadership material. I hope to make it a changed environment. . . a place where we have "constructive" leaders. My boss will love this, I'm sure. One can only imagine what this information would do to improve the environment in the workplaces across America!! I'm thinking that I need to give all the employees your blog address and ask them to make it part of their job function every morning. . . . . I can only imagine what would happen to them. What a way to start the day. Can you say motivation & ambition?? It would be like a new place around there. Love you guys. God Bless, Jackie
