Carrie, The problem with arrogance, ingnorance and apathy is that these people think that they know it all and they don't know what they don't know and furthermore they don't care that they don't know what they don't know. That might sound like I'm trying to make a joke, but, sadly to say, I am dead serious about this and it is the stark truth about too many "leaders" who are in fact managers and not very good managers at that.
