Sheila, First, I will just say to you what I have personally heard what seems like a million times from thousands of different people: If you can find to motivate the unmotivated, you will rule the world. True motivation for each individual comes from within. If you can find a "why" for the individual, a BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal), they will motivate themselves. Otherwise I don't think there is much more you can do to help the people who really don't want to be helped. If I am wrong about this I am sure someone wiser than I will correct my thinking on this matter. DaveC
