Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Leadership Cultures - Constructive or Destructive Leadership?

Hi Orrin, I have been with TEAM for4yrs.2mos. and although not much has changed monitarily for me I have been enriched beyond my wildest imagination. You and TEAM have changed me forever!!! I actually started thinking again and I am reading everything I can get my hands on...thanks to you. I have stopped floating around like a cork in the ocean and have put direction in my life for the first time in my 56 years that God has given me here on earth. The TEAM is destined for great things and I will do whatever I can to support the vision. I am reading The Founding Fathers On Leadership and on page 123 I will leave you with this quote..."when your competition thinks you're down for the count, you have an opportunity to achieve a major victory." God bless you Orrin for everything you do!!! Ron
