Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Polish Solidarity Movement - A Case Study in Resistance to Tyranny

Hey Orrin, Great post yet again. I would like to go back, a little further yet to the times of David. I heard a great message yesterday on David, and all the adversity he faced in his life. Then we read Psalm 27:1, "The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (kjv) He goes on to explain that he fears nothing because the LORD is his "rock". After all this, David has this advice for those who believe, vs. 14 "Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD." I can picture Christ here, the Captain of the LORD's host, charging up and down the front lines of battle, encoraging His army with these words, "Wait on the LORD, wait on the LORD." What an incredible gift we have been given with TEAM. I am so proud to be a part of an organization, whose mission is to make a difference one person at a time. Thank you Orrin, Chris, and the many other leaders who are going before us. History will repeat itself Orrin but we must always wait on the LORD. In His time only. Keep up the fight. In His Service, js
