Wow! First, YouTube is ingenius. How else would we get to hear such an inspirational speech from a Stanford Graduation, unless, of course, you happen to be graduating or the family member of a graduate that day. What an awesome story. Looking back to connect some dots myself, I probably would not be on TEAM if I hadn't lost my job about a year and a half ago. I liked what I did, but the environment was not good and I was "trapped" by the fear of losing the high wage. While it was painful to be "let go", it was also a huge relief and I would not be where I am today if it hadn't happened. I adjusted and moved on. Thanks, TEAM and God bless you, Orrin. You are a wonderful, kind and caring leader. Cindy
