Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Orrin, Lots and lots of good stuff in this speech. Several things stood out to me 1) Dropped out of traditional and into providential...we can not allow the norms of "yesteryear" to cloud our tommorrows by not following our calling in life 2) Trust the process to connect the dots....there are spaces between the dots and thats when God is carrying you in his arms to the next dots because your life has been ordained in HIM 3) Death...live a dominating, selfless DASH that will live on well after the sorrow of your death has passed I love TEAM and the system it provides to allow us to grow into the people God intended us to be. It allows us to serve others, encourage others and go the distance for those who will come after us and not care who gets the credit. I love TEAM for its ability to lead others to Christ, heal marriages, create friendships, open eyes and so so much more. Thanks to you and Laurie, Chris and Terry as well as all the other Leaders of TEAM who continue to inspire us to Do MORE and GET BETTER!! To God be the Glory Tina A
