Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

I loved the part where he said, "stop living someone elses dream." I think it could be better re-stated as "stop living FOR someone elses dream." and I think it's something that 95% of Americans end up doing...they go on through life thinking they are on a path to their dream, but really they are a pawn in the scheme of helping someone else achieve their dream. They think that by "moving up" in the company they are almost to the atainment of their dream...and it may be for some, but I don't think it is for most. We all have to face ourselves in the morning and ask the question, "am I excited about what I am about to do." If the answer is no for too many days in a row...it's time to change something. God Bless Jeremy
