Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: Tri-Lateral Leadership Ledger - Character Based Leadership

Orrin and fellow bloggers, Howdy gang. I would try to respond to this article but I am really exhausted. I am pushing through two more days of a big test at work. We have made some excellent progress. I am actually going to have the weekend off. (If the powers that be don't pull a fast one on me.) I am really looking forward to going to church on Sunday. Once again, I must give Matt Franks the proper respect he deserves for an awesome comment in reponse to this article. You are a great writer and an encyclopedia of leadership information. You really must be living right Matt. Men's Leadership on Friday. Seminar or Saturday. Summer convention in your home state in June. You lucky man! I wish you were my neighbor. Like "Wilson" to Tim the Toolman Taylor". Talk about some fantastic over the fence discussions! I also have a question. Is it just me? Or has Mr. Woodward seemed very busy lately? A little out of pocket? I was just wondering if he was reading a very good book? Or two? Or seven? Maybe preparing for an exciting weekend out of town? Or maybe planning an awesome birthday party? Dealing with more super top secret stuff that can't be discussed at this time? I guess this is my way of saying, "I miss you big guy." I know you probably have more irons in the fire than us mere mortals can even imagine, and I know some of us take for granted the way you have put yourself "out there" on this blog. I just wanted you to know that it is appreciated. I am about to fall over in my chair, so I will talk to you fine folks when I catch up on some rest. Congrats on hitting the 100,000 mark for LLR.
