Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Great post Big "O"! I believe another post or two could be on the Story of Herb Brooks with a clip from "Miracle". I know your favorite scene is "Again" but I think the best scene which speaks to defeating your goliaths is the locker room speech just before the medal round game with Russia! ...."their time is DONE, this is our time!...Tonight, WE are the greatest..TEAM, in the world!".....We are with you until the end. P.S. could you maybe do a post on the atrocious court decision in CA, where an appeals court blatantly attacked the family and parental rights, by declaring (just a few days ago) that homeschooling by anyone without a teaching certificate is now illegal! It's making big news on HSLD website and Dobson is outraged about it! We are in this fight to win! Nik
