Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.

Orrin, Just wondered if you have ever seen the movie The Postman. I actually have never seen the movie Braiveheart. I watched the clip you put in on your blog and it made me very interested to watch it. My favortie movie that gives us an excellant example of fighting for our freedom no matter what the cost is The Postman. It is a very long movie but very inspiring. It is directed by Kevin Costner and he plays the main part. The last time I watched the movie I thought of you because of the termentous passion of leadership displaied by the boy named Ford, in the movie, and his willingness to sacrifice his own life for the freedom of everyone. Awesome, awesome movie. The Postman.
