Welcome to my leadership blog. Ideas have consequences and the goal of this blog is to discuss ideas of consequence. Some ideas you may agree with and some you may disagree. No worries. The only rules are that you post under your own name and that you think and discuss in a civil manner. People who attack others only prove they have reached the limit of their logic. The Bible states, "Iron sharpens iron" and we will sharpen one another by what we read, write and think. The goal of this blog is to help us identify and follow truth in all areas of our lives. I encourage you to join our leadership discussion and transform yourself and others through the renewing of our minds.
Re: A Great Leader is a Great Follower

It's A Great Day Fellow Leaders, Orrin. Again, another great mind streching article, "A Great Leader is a Follower." I found my self setting here after reading this article asking my self, why do I fall short on this article. And I keep coming up with the same answer. I've spent 49 years leading my own life, and 2 years with the TEAM, learning to retrain my own thinking. Which I'm very BLESSED... for the TEAM LEADERSHIP. Who said you can't teach a old dog new tricks. I guess what I'm getting to, it really hard to let your (my) shields down to be a TRUE FOLLOWER. Each of us have there own way of retaining information, (Learning) so we can be more effective in our lives. I truely hope for the NEW PERSON, or old. TRUST YOUR LEADERS. Again, I'm working on my shield problem. BLESSING TO ALL (: FREEDOM CO. Dave GBA
